The staff was very friendly and helpful; anxious to make sure we got the best deal available. We had bad service from another national car rental service and were so happy with the staff at Enterprise (like night and day in comparison). We will be using their service from now on.

The corporate policies of this rental agency are going to be its undoing. Their selection of tiny cars that are supposed to be comparable to most cars is at best, laughable. I will not sanction their pitiful business policies by accepting their judgement that my five passenger automobile (which is being repaired due to someone else’s negligence) is only comparable to a three and a half passenger Hyundai! The Cape location is as good as the best of any Enterprise location we've rented from - including at least 15 others across the country and on both coasts. They were well staffed and quickly and efficiently handled the steady flow of arriving customers. The location was as busy as some airport rental desks we've experienced in major airports - and the service was excellent, friendly and informative. Ordered a car for 3-days through Enterprise while my girlfriend's car was getting repairs done so she could have something to drive for work. Received a confirmation/ reservation number and was advised that a car would be ready. Dropped off my girlfriend this morning and nothing was in the parking lot. The last time I sent in a review I was not pleased. However, I would like to tell you of my experience today with my son renting an automobile. Anthony helped us here in Greenville at the Greenvile Blvd location.( same place as before but wow, what a difference) HE had superior customer service skills. Anthony was fast, yet accurate. In my experience, they were an absolute mess. I’ve rented from various enterprise locations many times for personal and professional reasons. They were great when I picked up the car. I discovered the next day that it was leaking oil. When I contacted the branch to assist with swapping out my car and coordinating with a closer branch, they were not helpful and told me to go to the other branch.
