Great experience. $44 for a mid sized car in LA. I felt like I took advantage of Enterprise. The bus driver from the airport was incredible. Whatever she is making, they need to triple it. Loved this transaction!

First off, you ask me to give feedback but then direct me to a review site. If you want feedback send me a questionnaire. As for their service, I was excellent when I was working with their office at Edwards but when I had to work with their LAX operation was appauled. After waiting to be shown to a car for 20 minutes and being asked by 4 people if I had been helped, including a manager. Landed at LAX on Nov 23rd, returned rental on Dec 1st. The experience was very good. The shuttle took about 30 min. to come around, but I knew that was standard by reading the reviews from others. Plus I think it's unrealistic to think it would be any faster at such a large and immensely busy facility. There was no lines at the rental center, but they were well staffed to minimize the wait time. The rental process was seemless, the vehicle was a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and was impeccable. It had 2 scrapes on the bumpers which were noted upon pick up, but I didn't receive any paperwork stating the 2 scrapes. When I returned the vehicle I was made to feel that I had damaged the vehicle. I told the person the scrapes were there when I picked the vehicle up and he turned to another attendant and began speaking spanish and I could tell it was about me. I am an e plus member and always use enterprise even when better fares are offered at other rental companies. I travel to LAX now often for a new client and the last 2 out of the 3 times, I waited 25 minutes for the shuttle. One mid day and one Rush hour. I will never use enterprise again. I spoke to the staff at LAX and let them know they lost and e-plus client.

I must say that I had absolutely the most wonderful experience at the LAX location. I was only in town for a day trip meeting, and had gotten up at 5 am to be in LA by 7 (quite an early start) but the team was so accommodating and didn't waste any time getting me into a car. Keep up the positive attitudes, great teamwork out there. I will continue to rent from enterprise because of the consistency in service!

This is my favorite rental car center. I have been renting at this location for over 4 years every month. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I feel like I'm apart of the Enterprise family now. Special shout out to my "Return Crew & My girls in the Exit check out booth & management"! Keep up the awesome customer service!

I always use Enterprise. EVERY time, whether it's local or in another city. Reservation process is so easy, and pick up and return is quick and easy! Will always use Enterprise whenever and wherever I travel.

We flew to LAX from Maui, rented a Toyota Corolla and drove to Las Vegas and left it there. It was so easy to reserve and drop off, hands down Enterprise is who we always go with no matter where we travel! And yes we are Plus Members...LoL!
