Prior to this incident I had great reviews for Enterprise as a whole and the Langhorne branch. However, this has severely been altered with a parking ticket. I paid my parking ticket correctly and timely. However, Enterprise did not accept my proof of payment and charged me $125 ON TOP of the $25 parking ticket I had paid. They do no accept the receipt of payment nor the township themselves calling to confirm the payment. Additionally, they did not even notify me of the charge, just charged my credit card months later. I rented a car from Lodi enterprise while I had my car being repaired. Everything was fine until I returned the car. The employee Oscar was blaming me for a small crack on the bumper on the lower part of the passenger side. I told him that I didn’t do it and that was already there. He called the manager Mo. Well the manager wasn’t even paying attention to what I was saying and even accused me of putting a screw on the bumper. Turns out there was a screw on the other side too. The BEST car rental experience ever. Jeremy, the Branch Manager was First Class in Customer Service. Very Professional, yet down to earth. In and out in only a few minutes and then on our way. All the employees were Courteous and friendly. I have always only used Enterprise and this is the reason why. Excellent Customer Service! Thanks to Jeremy and the Guys.

The Enterprise High Point, NC location was PHENOMENAL!!!! They were willing to do anything for me the customer and even switched cars out for me. I was a little worried at first because I had had not such a great experience at another NC location but the High Point, NC LOCATION is on point. They took care of me as if I was their one and only customer. I really appreciated that as I was there because of an accident that was not my fault. Enterprise Rent-A-Car made my birthday come true. The car i wanted was not available, so they gave me a different one for same price. This made my birthday come teue..i rented a 2016 Nissan altima. Color red..The company was so great to me..great customer service and good personalities from employees thank you again

Not the first time coming to that location, never had any problems, the employees are very professional and attentive to detail.
