They charged us for a dent after the truck prior to renting was at a body shop and now they claim we put a dent on the door as it was weird as they told us truck was fine then manager comes out and goes straight to the door when the previous inspector all ready cleared vehicle we feel we have been set up on this damage and we will never rent again from enterprise and we will be calling corporate as they took truck away before we could even take pictures of this so called dent

This is a sad branch of Enterprise. They had us in tears. They do not care about the customer at all. Don't waste your time.

Made reservations online, then read some reviews AFTER....and got nervous. ...for no reason. My car, along with one for my brother and a third for my neice, were all ready, gas tanks full, cars clean, and service with a smile. We even received curbside pickup to and from the nearby airport in a very timely manner. Not saying that bad thing cannot happen, all businesses have issues at one time or another. Hello Mgr. Cole,and Staff, thank you for a great rental,although we did not drive much,we appreciated the service you and your staff gave to us,we were blessed that our auto repair shop got our vehicle repaired as soon as they did,and that the repair was a minor one for them; We were unsure about the repair time,but was assured by your help ,that we could take care of our monthly bills without fail. service was great. Unfortunately they have had a recent data breach, the only place had used a credit card and after the rental other unauthorized charges started to appear on card a couple months later.

Get proof of everything take pictures of the whole car inside and outside, get paper copy of all documents because this company is out to get and keep your deposit. Been burned 2X by them. If you want to rent a car/van in the Anderson area go to Ralph Hayes Toyota. Good service and more dependable

Absolutely miserable experience & it’s not even over yet.I had to use enterprise while my car was being worked on from a bad accident.I was not at fault whatsoever but, I felt like I was while dealing with this company.I’ve never been in an accident or had to rent a car so I was going into this blind.If youre using them for insurance purposes you still have to pay a deposit.They watched me struggle for 30+ minutes trying to transfer funds from my savings to checking since they WONT ACCEPT CASH.It was so inconvenient when the... read more

After making reservations at the Enterprise Car Rental down the street at the airport I was informed I had to have a credit card to rent from them which I didn't know and don't plan to get. This rental was for our family vacation and I thought we were sunk but the airport reservationist sent us down the street. The Meridian location didn't have a van there but they scrambled to find a location that did. The employees were so helpful and courteous trying to help us on such short notice. I will definitely use them again!
