From the shuttle service to the checkout process, everything went perfect , all your staff made our trip hasslefree.
Everything about this rental was perfect, the staff were friendly, the car was clean and in perfect condition (and got over 40 MPG, that was amazing). Even the shuttle was easy to find, and the driver was friendly and helpful. A great rental experience.
Great service with coming up the best solution when there is a problem and situation need to deal with .... I always got the good car and service when I was there ...keep it up the Enterprise team in LAX airport . Nice to have a business with Enterprise ....for me always the first choice is Enterprise ...Again thanks for the service . I give the four star rating hope that the five star for Enterprise is able to improve and provide the service better and better ....
i rented a full size van from Enterprise on our last westcoast vacation for a week. from the moment we ot in to their bus service, i can say that the service was great. the driver made sure that he assisted us (i didn't try to look at others though) with our things. and the people in the counter were so friendly and the most important of all is the car we rented.. it was very nice, new and clean.. well... i am a regular enterprise client... do i have to explain why... keep up the good job!!!!
The staff was extremely rude to me. I asked how the toll system worked over the phone after picking up the car and with a condescending tone the agent informed me that its expected of customers to know the laws of the road in the state they are renting. I just wanted to know if I need the toll pass as I went through a toll only to find it was not a cash toll. They said they do not have passes so I have to pay tolls myself. Rented at LAX - very good experience. Great car good rate, great service, loved the Garmin GPS. One down side is the time it takes to get from the airport to the rental location -had to wait a fair while for the Enterprise shuttle service
Very bad experience and very bad customer service. Will never use them again..
My first time at this location. Top notch service. The rental agent even found me the same model that I drive at home!
