Not what I expected out of Enterprise. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the shuttle picked us up from the airport to take us to Enterprise, the guy was nice enough to give us a fiesta over something smaller and the bus driver that picked us up from the airport helped my mother get safely off the bus before we could even get in front of her to help her. Excellent service, 2 thing I had problem with was the gas tank latch which didn't work, and the badly water stained windshield. It was terrible rain a few days ago, and when I used the windshield wiper I still couldn't see out the windshield.

We rented a small SUV, and of course it wasn't available. I don't think reserving a car means anything, as most times a person doesn't get what was reserved, and you end up paying more to up-grade (as we did) Original rental was around $571, ended up being $783. The folks are friendly and we got checked out fast...but paying way more than anticipated. Oh well, live and learn.

Fabulous experience. Cars were readily available. They have nice vehicles there. Got a ford edge titanium 2015 and I always wanted to drive one. I love it. My next car will be it. Customer service was superb. Thanks guys

I use them every time I am in LA for work and would not even think of using anyone else - great selection, super friendly and helpful staff and in and out in no time at all. When i dropped my car off, I was on the shuttle bus to the airport in less than 2 minutes.

Spent a week out in California for business, rented a Mid-Size, and the process (pick up, and drop off) was quick and easy... with not one bottleneck. Used the Kiosk which i'm sure shaved off 15 minutes (line was long) and within minutes I was driving away. The car was clean, new, with no smoke detected from previous drivers. Employees were friendly and courteous. As always, good experience...

Rented a compact SUV, got a Jeep Compass for $202 for the week. Very good value. Over mountain and freeway/suburban driving it gave me 26mpg (though I prefer my Mazda CX-7 as a driving experience). But Enterprise were very good, as ever. Seems to be we are getting the best service and good deals at Enterprise consistently, after some less than whelming experiences with Sixt and Thrifty and others.

As has happened every time, Enterprise took good care of me. I got a great deal, god car & prompt efficient service. I don't bother renting from anyone else because I know Enterprise works!

Courteous service and excellent outcome, as always in my experience with Enterprise going back 15 years and more. Minor question: does Enterprise have a loyalty/rewards program that I have been unaware of?
