Amazing! They picked us up and dropped us off, we got a puncture which was entirely not their fault but they reimbursed us for it (I was just expecting it was bad luck and we would have to cover it). The car was great to drive, the staff (Curtis and Eric) were professional, friendly and did everything they could to make the experience easy and pleasant. Would not hesitate to use them again if I come back to the area.

Haven't has the opportunity to deal with enterprise recently but tried and was told that I couldn't return their vehicle on Sunday because they are closed, now before then they had a drop box that you were allowed to drop the keys in it when you return on Sunday. So my problem is if you are the only license driver and you return on Sunday because you drive a 18 wheeler and have to leave Sunday night but you can't because they don't have a drop box or you live to far from a airport. very horrible company. i will never rent from this location again. rented over 30-40 cars from here. last time we took a pebble from the road in the windshield. enterprise took $500 out of my account and then sent me a bill for an additional $602. everyone i talked to didn't care and wouldn't do a thing to help! worst customer service ever!! not to mention you can get a rock chip filled for like $50 or close to it this seems super excessive.$1102.00 or a rock chip!! never use them, they are running a racquet, and it seems to... read more

Exception staff and service! Today I dropped my car at the body shop and got a ride to enterprise only to find my liscence expired last week. I had no ride and had my 3 year old and if you can imagine they had someone drive me to the kiosk to let me renew it! They went above and beyond yet it seemed no big deal to them. Worth the drive to find friendly caring staff!

This was a good experience to help me get a car when my car was in the shop after a no fault accident. They helped me to get a shiny red truck to help me get to the places I needed to go. They helped me to stay secure and get my car without having to make a bigger deposit than I could afford at that time. Made a reservation for a full size truck for 9:00 am the following morning. I got a call at 8:30 the morning of the reservation saying they did not have a full size truck nor did they have any vehicle for that matter. Finally by 1:00 pm just by pure luck someone turned in a full size truck which I was able to rent. So I returned the vehicle in the following morning with the same exact amount of gas as it was when I left with it the day before. Kept us waiting 5 hours for a rental car that they did not have available...just telling us up front that they did NOT have a car would have been appreciated. We are stranded travelers waiting for car repairs. No stars would be more appropriate.

They had 3 weeks advanced notice to get me a sedan like a Camry I showed up all they had to offer me was a SUV or a Challenger... Then the kid helping me was trying to sell me the Insurance but could not answer and questions about coverage. How are they allowed to sell insurance with out being trained or licensed?
