The folks at Enterprise LAX were helpful and gracious. I wanted a mid-size SUV, but got a big Ford Explorer. Other than driving a larger vehicle than I wanted, my experience at LAX Enterprise was good. I ended up driving the car home to Los Alamos, NM, and my experience returning the car there was not at all good, however. But that's not the fault of the LAX Enterprise people. . .

Rented a car on Friday afternoon at LAX. Shuttle was full but prompt and the staff at the Enterprise office was exceptional. Fast, professional and very pleasant. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and this place was busy. The young lady who actually walked us to our car was pleasant and very professional. Thanks!!

Normally good. Waited for over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. No way of calling the site... As the number goes to a call center. When we finally arrived the employees didn't seem to care that we waited for so long.... Not just myself.... But a bus load of people. Very disappointing....

I travel almost every other week and use Enterprise nation wide. It is the only company I will rent from, and 95% of the time, with out a negative. Great company, good people..

I was a bit nervous once I was guided to the machines, but a young man helped me and I made it thru it. I was persuaded to pre-pay for the gas since the gas stations near the airport weren't the safest. however I only used less than 1/2 the tank of gas. when I asked about it, the agent was willing to take it off since I didn't use that much gas. That defines customer service to me! thank you! I would rent from Enterprise again.

I must say as a first time renter Enterprise LAX was a breeze to work with. I had to use a debit card for my day rental of a luxury vehicle and all the charges came out as they should. The hold on my card was released immediately after returning my car and there were no surprises after the fact. They were even nice enough to give me a small discount and an upgrade because I was a newbie! I highly reccomend this location to your rental needs. Rented an Audi it broke down rented a BMW it had mechanical problems also don't think I will rent from them again and I'm a preferred member!

Fast, friendly, and well organized! This was the fastest and easiest experience I've ever had renting a car. I was out the door with the car of my choice five minutes after walking in the building. Every staff member I interacted with was very helpful and pleasant, as if their main goal was to help me enjoy my vacation. Would definitely use again!

I reserved a 3/4 ton truck from Ontario California , one hour before pick up I was called and told no truck and they made no attempt to help. I traveled all the way to Enterprise LAX to get a truck through my own 2nd reservation search and LAX acted like they were giving such a discount. They did not have a 3/4 ton they charged me the same as my first reservation plus an 11 percent airport fee.
