Easy process to checking in with my Costco Travel reservation(far better deal than anywhere else). Picking out car was a breeze. Drop off was just as easy. Shuttle to and from airport was a 5-10 ride. Shuttles wait time was less than 5 minutes going each way. I'd definitely rent from here again....thru Costco of course.

Smoothest operation I've ever seen. Even my teens commented on how well organized the system was. Pick up from airport was fast and efficient, we arrived at the Enterprise lot with a bus full of other travelers and the whole process of coming in and leaving the lot took exactly ten minutes. This is including the nice guys outside letting me pick my own choice of car within my category. One of the best experiences I had with Enterprise, and I rent a lot for work.

The Service was excellent, I wasn't harrassed about getting additional insurance like some rental car companies do. The service was quick and easy. And I got a really good price for 6 days,it wasn't over a $100.00

We had a death in the family in California. I checked out Avis first for a Chevy Impala. The price was $560.00 for 7 days. I thought that was a bit expensive so I checked out Enterprise Rent-A-Car at LAX. WOW, the price was 248.00 for 7 days. I was picked up at LAX delievered to Enterprise, immidiately sent to my 2017 chevy Impala which which extremely clean inside and out and ready to go. Couldn't have asked for more. I've been using Enterprise for years. They are always easy and accommodating; check-out efficiency, vehicle selection, and friendly. This time, we had to fly to L.A. (from SFO) for a 3-day personal and business trip. The LAX office is large, and is always staffed with helpful and efficient personnel. We had booked a standard, as we were picking up elderly family, and we ended up with a brand new Chevy Impala. Leather seats and a comfortable V6 ride. I will always rent with enterprise from now on. I flew from DFW to LAX and had another rental waiting at Fox... however when I got to Fox I stood in line for 45 minutes only to find they wouldn't rent on my debit (I don't have a credit card). Then they refused to drive me back to the airport because I didn't rent with them. Low rating is primarily due to poor service. The shuttle driver (female) from the Enterprise location to the Airport on December 21st, 2016 at approximately 9pm had a very unfriendly and rude demeanor. The shuttle was parked at the entrance without a driver inside. I waited for 5 minutes when an Enterprise employee exited the entrance. I inquired when the shuttle would be leaving. Customer service upon arrival requires a lot of attention. Now that machines are on the floor, the agents chat away while the customer struggles with the machines. There should be a manager controlling the entrance so the employees can be instructed to to attend to the customers. Chatting time should be over the minute the first client walks in. That' the signal that more are coming. Enterprise at the Atlanta airport is very efficient and professional.

It was nice too ride the enterprise shuttle the driver customer service was great. And once we arrived at enterprise it was great I used the kiosk and got my car within minutes. Will recommend them too all my friends.
