Son wrecked his car, we have rental. Progressive Ins booked a rental thru Enterprise at a *************** location. Son tried to pick up car and the clerk lied to him about the process and sent him to another Enterprise in *****. The manager at ************** location did not understand why he was sent there because the res. was at the *************** location and he did not have any cars. Made a reservation online. Recieved a confirmation number and a pick up time. My primary vehicle was in the shop and I had a very important meeting in a town about 30 miles away. Paid $10 for a taxi to get to the ************ Enterprise location, they basically told me my confirmation and reservation did not mean I would get a car, only that meant they would start "processing" my request and it would be 4 or 5 hours to get a car. My car dealer booked a car here for me to pick up at this location, and when I got there, enterprise has no car for me. The agent asked me to wait around for 10 minutes, someone will get a car for me from another enterprise. From what I knew, the closest enterprise has no car because I was there 25 minutes before I came to this enterprise location. About 8 minutes later, someone drove in a car with full scratches everywhere. The agent said that I dont have to worry about the marks and scratches because those marks are minor.... read more

Got a rental from enterprise ,paid weekly for two weeks + one day . Returned rental ,they did an inspection nothing was wrong ,said deposit would be released ,13 days later they are still playing ignore my phone calls or emails on why I havent received my refund .Worst experience ever ,people work hard for their money for this company to literally just take and not have to explain why they are with holding my money .Stay away from Enterprise ,that simple .

Today I dropped off my car at an auto body shop in *****************. due to being rear ended. The auto body shop made reservations with Enterprise to deliver me a vehicle. The agent brought me a '20 ****** Corolla with the tire pressure light lit. He told me the light will go off after driving 5 miles since he had just filled the tire. The agent told me if I had any issues to let him know and I would be able to change the vehicle at any Enterprise. My family and I have submitted rentals with this agency and when we are scheduled to pickup a rental we are told the vehicle is unavailable . My family is left without a rental and our hotel fee is non-refundable on the day we are scheduled to arrive at the hotel. This happened 3 times. This is unsatisfactory service.

I had a rental reserved through my insurance company with this branch for the 30 days my car was in the shop. My insurance covers $30 a day for 30 days, and that is what I told them i wanted. I arrived at the branch and was out within 20 minutes with an *** and a signed agreement stating a rate of $25 per day + fees and taxes. I returned the car after 28 days and was told that everything is OK, and the rental is closed. To my surprise, I see a charge on my CC for $139. Most Enterprise deserve 3 stars but not this one.Poor inventory management.Inflexible.Then will charge you extra to move you in a bigger car when they did not have the smaller car to honor the original reservation.Other branches of the firm are better equipped that this one.
