Rented a ****** Kick from ******************************************** on the 10th of June 22. Rushed me through the checkout process, was provided no paperwork, but ok, new day and age. On the 12th of June, 22, I dropped the car off, location wasn't opened but I did a walk around the vehicle with no new damage noted and milage at ******. On the 16th of June, 22, I received an email from their Damage Recovery Unit stating I'd damaged the vehicle and to submit insurance info and/or credit card. Well while driving on vacation in our rental car....a semi tanker truck side swiped ** and push us off the road. The drivers side door has huge hole where the trucks lug nuts dug into the car. We are lucky to be here. Asked Enterprise for a new car....and all they want to talk about is I am to pay my co-payment on my insurance. The semi drivers company in is taking care of everything but enterprise refuses to help in anyway to get a new vehicle. On June 11th I was racially discriminated against at Enterprise at the ********************************** by a Ms. ******* The representative was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked about a car she immediately told me they were all sold out. Which was hard to believe when the parking lot was full of enterprise cars. She didnt ask for my name nor did she ask for my reservation number. So I sent my relative to rent the car for me (which she is a lighter skin tone) and Ms. ****** entire attitude changed. Enterprise ************ airport has the worst service. Thats not an angry opinion but a FACT!! I rented a Corolla or similar vehicle with four doors for a 7/8/22 pickup at the enterprise white plains airport. The pickup was for approximately ****pm that evening. When I got there, that vehicle was not available and they told me the available vehicle was a mustang and I should be able to get my bags in the car without a problem. I rented a vehicle from enterprise car rental in March 2022 and during rental time I received a message from enterprise saying I had ****** due so I got online to pay the ****** and made payment which I found out later that I made the payment to the claims/damage department by mistake so I've spent several months and many hours on phone with enterprise trying to get my ****** refunded but noone does anything but says they will get back with me or gives run a round .you would think a company this large would not steal my ****... read more

I would like to start by saying i really did love Enterprise, but after my last experience at *** airport, i will never rent with them again. I rented a vehicle for the weekend while i had my personal vehicle in the shop. Unfortunately, my vehicle needed some work done and i had to keep extending the rental. Each week i extended it, i spoke to a staff member via email or telephone. I always asked the rate, and what my charges would be. I called EZ Pass regarding my transponder and was someone else had their transponder on the vehicle. I was informed by their local office that they were awaiting a call back from the previous person who used the vehicle. I called the Enterprise citation department and was informed that I have to use their tag by plate which is $12 and a fee each time I go over the ************. Why I pay $12 each time when I have an Hatem only transponder for $20 a year. This is Enterprise taking advantage of customers.

The worst experience ever. This place is NOT to be trusted . This is the enterprise location in ****** ** on ******************* . Im Very disappointed . They told me 1 fee charge upfront and then it was something different when the vehicle was returned . They charge your credit card fees WITHOUT telling you first . I WILL NEVER go back to this place. Enterprise car rental does not support their recorded credo/ motto of having clean and sanitized vehicles. Rented two years in row and both times the vans were filthy! Photos substantiate the grievance. It has been almost 10 days since the dirt pile was returned and still no reply from enterprise. This is Covid time, the rentals can at least be cleaned for renters. Will seek an attorney for my inconveniences.
