Called to rent a full size SUV and was told they had one available only to be called an hour later to say that they dont have one at that location or any where in the area. Why take my reservation and then not have a vehicle? Called got empty promises about getting a car today. Enterprise loves to tell you what you want to hear but cant produce a vehicle. Poor customer service.

Ive contacted Enterprise by phone and over internet about not receiving a receipt for rental car service. Each contact has said it will be emailed to me but it hasnt been. I need to fill out a travel claim but Enterprise is not sending me receipt. Ive spent 2 man hours on this. Currently on hold with customer service for 30+ minutes.

Enterprise location in ****** ********. Had a confirmation email with my pickup. They did not pick up, and when I called claimed they didn't have my appointment and that they didn't even have any cars available till days later. Garbage.

Do not trust Enterprise. I rented a car for one day. The car had a wheel barring go out and it was not drivable. Second, when I picked up the car the remote key was already on the car. So I did not check it and make note. I assumed the key was reported and they knew about it. I was wrong. They charged me $250 for the key. Last the car had hail damage in four areas I had not noticed so now I must pay $1,000 in damage. As I told the Enterprise person I just didn't catch the small small ding. This company rents cars without having the inventory available. They allow you book months in advance and when it comes time to pick up the car it is not available

Extremely disappointed, I don't even want to give one star. My MDX is rear ended. I've requested for 7 seater , they have given me a 5 seater base model. Our family cant fit in & it ruined our weekends. My last experience our the phone was horrible because the lady doesn't know who I am & she said I am on the waiting list & there 4 people head of me.

I've been dealing with this issue since November 2020. I was paying the insurance with enterprise. The vehicle I was renting was involved in a hit and run while parked. The insurance covered it but then I ended up on the dnr list with no explanation from anybody as to why. I've called every number that I was provided and the office in ********** ** several times leaving numerous messages. Still to this very day I haven't received an explanation. I had an insurance rental in May of 2022. When we went to rent the car, Enterprise stated that they did not have the size car that was covered by my insurance. They offered to put me in another car until a car that was covered was available. I called them every day requesting an intermediate car, they always stated that one was not available. I've used Enterprise's Sevices before for years, the same one here in ********. But my experience was so bad , I'm filing a BBB report on them. They are rude and obnoxious just to rent a car. All in there feelings. They had me waiting 2 hours and my reservation was at 8:00 am, and I couldn't get the car because my card was credit debit.
