This company will scam you! They immediately attempt to upcharge your rental and when you say no thanks, they will tell you the following.Dont worry this car does cost more, but we wont charge you above what your insurance is covering. Oh Yes they do!!! Have blasted them on social media as you cant find a corporate complaint phone number or email. Ive been told a Regional Manager would contact me; their arent any regional managers!!!! Will never use or recommend them to anyone!

Rude Clerk at Enterprise Rental Car *********************************** I wanted to report a rude and obnoxious Enterprise staff member. I reserved a rental car through National and the counter was closed. A rude man (balding with glasses) yelled at me to come to his counter. Can't even give 1 star here but the system made me chose something. I made a reservation in July 2021, for a trip from NY to ******** for a very important Veteran event in which I had hotel reservations and non refundable paid tickets to dinners and events. The car was to be picked up on 9/9/21. I was to pick the car up at **** am and needed to arrive in *******, ** that evening. #enterpriserentalcar DO NOT RENT HERE. I did so under a car insurance claim; I called from a car dealer less than 2 miles from them asking if they can pick the car up. They said yes. They then charged me 276 dollars. I know it could not have been for gas as I filled up the night before knowing I would be turning it in. on that full tank I went from gas station to my house 2.4 miles, house to car dealer 3.9 miles. I rented a car using State Farm as the insurance. My car was hit at the gym, I was not at fault. State Farm was charged by Enterprise and I was charged an additional $150.00, for an accident that was not my fault. They ask you to buy additional insurance, when I had insurance, and of course I was scared and paid it because my car had been hit at the gym. I am a senior on a budget and should not have been advised to get the additional insurance. I live on a budget. These large companies should have some compassion for 70 year... read more

the location on **** N 7th st is horrible!!I was using a rental from a car accident where someone hit me....they towed the rental for no reason putting me in a tight spot for my job, ridiculous.....

Never thought I can get into such a situation with the rental company I was using for so long time.But the customer experience and the responsibility are too poor and I worry about the safety of my property.I rented a car and linked my personal keys with the rental keys.Eventually, when I left the keys during the return, I forgot my keys as well. The customer service is just bad. I wanted to write this review, hoping it gets to someone who actually cares about the integrity of the business. I had an accident back in July 7th, 2021 and needed to rent out a vehicle and my car insurance happens to use enterprise, I called in and discovered I was on the "no rent list" from a bill that hadn't been paid on 2018 - I had a accident nearly 3 years ago and the body shop that was supposed to pay for it didn't. When a business shows you who they are when (not) trying to resolve a complex issue, you better look hard. Keeping you on long holds hoping you'll hang up. Lack of concern or care AFTER they have your money. Follow up or resolve is not in their language or work ethics. This is a s***** "Family" owned ???????? business. Critical thinking is NOT used her at all. ******** is a huge joke.
