Booked a reservation for an electric car on September 19th for a pickup October 22nd. I booked an electric car because I wanted to save cost on gas. I was driving all the way to *********, 4+ hours.I get a call the morning of Oct 22nd saying they dont have a car available. This was pretty infuriating because I have no other options.I call the location and they say they dont have the car I booked but they have a pickup truck or a Challenger. Rented a car and returned to airport by 6:30 am prior to counter opening. Sign at the airport rental counter said to deposit key in ******. When I received my credit card statement they charged me a whole extra day because they never bothered to check the ****** and did not check my car in until after 5pm.
I made a reservation for a standard vehicle through my company's corporate account for business travel more than 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived for pickup, I was given the choice of a compact car or a minivan because "we don't get standard size cars very often." I was told choosing the minivan would be an extra $30 a day, so I was stuck with the compact car. I was told to "ignore the tire warning light." No one did a walk around when I picked it up but the gentleman who checked me out was very attentive and polite. Overall a good good experience

Horrible customer service! The car showed check engine light while we were on the ***********. We stopped and called enterprise customer service. We were told it would take up to 8 hours for them to help us. There was nothing we could do but pray and keep driving. There were no apologies or financial restitution for the issue.
My first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, and it was horrible ****** was fantastic. Cant say the same thing about the management purchased a 2021 ********** outlander and the car was in the shop the first week I had it something was wrong with the engine. Ended up taking longer than expected. I RECENTLY HAD TO USE A RENTAL FROM ENTERPRISE AT *******************************************************************.
