Basic company. if you only use them once, you'll probably have a decent experience. However, when you use them a lot, you're bound to have an unpleasant one. Wish I could put zero stars!!! DO NOT BOOK A VEHICLE WITH THEM!!! We had a reservation and were scheduled to pick up at 11am to leave for a business trip in *********, we had to cancel!! Because they said they might get one by tonight!!! What Im the world!! This is absolutely absurd and the most ridiculous thing Ive experienced! HORRID BUSINESS!!!
What started as a good experience has turned into such an awful experience. I was sent a parking violation citation over a month ago- upon investigation- the parking garage had the wrong date and I was not the individual renting the car at the actual time the violation took place. I have sent this proof in at least 4 times- both to individual people and to the citationdocumentation. Nobody is helping to resolve it. Nobody is aware of it. Got a rental after my car was stolen. They billed me for the month of parking at a lot that I had already paid and reported the new plate. I have sent them proof of payment. The parking rep realizing their mistake reimbursed enterprise and lot sent them proof that I had paid. It's been 2 months and I still am waiting to be reimbursed. Everytime you call customer service you get the same story line " I will escalate your account, please wait **** business days". Still waiting!!!
I have worked with ***************************** from ****************, VA ****** multiple times (regrettably my car keeps getting hit while innocently parked on the street). ****************** recommends Enterprise for rentals and I have been lucky enough to work with ******* each time. ******* is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and energetic -- always greets you with a smile. I recommend ******* and Enterprise if you need to rent a car.
I attempted to make a reservation, however was unable to do so online. Went into a local office and requested a rental for one day, possibly two. I was not given a contract. The car was very dirty, had no hubcaps on both front tires, drove kind of wobbly. I spoke to ************* about swapping out the car if I kept it an additional day. I rented a minivan through Enterprise website for a one-day rental, from 6pm on Aug 21 to 6pm on Aug 22. The pickup location is in ************, ** (36 *********), the drop-off location is in *********, **. It informed me that the ********* branch will close at 5pm, but I can return after hour at 6pm. The worst experience Ive had with any dealer Ive been given a bunch of run around and Im highly disappointed with the misleading false information that have been given to me. This place lies and now Im in a big whole that I didnt put myself in. I need help immediately some kind of assistance Id give this place no stars if possible and two thumbs down its a SCAM
This is a greedy organization that should be investigated or maybe they paid all the officials to **** people with fees that exceed anything else due.For a 3 day rental the extra fees amounted to almost the same as the rental. The mob set up the fees structure of this company. They give you one price when looking for a rental and then after you get your invoice it is amazing to see fees and taxes that only represent pure greed.BUYER - STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM ENTERPRISE RENTALS.
