I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this Company! I will never use them again. My insurance ** set the reservation up for me. I waited over an hour to get my car. Its absolutely ridiculous!
I made a reservation for 9am, had an emergency in the morning, I could not give a call to let them know that I was running late. I showed up at **** and they had given my reservation away to someone else. No courtesy call. Nothing.Worst part was the people that work at this office have the worst customer service skills and lack of compassion. They simply do not care for people.
Enterprise is terrible. Do not rent from them! They take reservations with no cars available...
Very unprofessional. Called me less than 48 hours before I was due to pick up by 15 passenger van for a family vacation. Suggested I stop by the lot on the day of my trip and see if a mini-van would work. Seriously! They also called right at the end of the day, I guess hoping I would not answer. Hope whatever goes around comes around to them.
Excellent service and professional personel at the ******************* location in *******,**.Ever single time I needed rapid service I was accommodated, and therefore was very satisfied.
The car we rented was in a previous accident and we were not told about it. We were informed by them that the hubcap was lost in a car wash. But when the front fender was coming off and a mechanic said that it had happened before we got the car and that it had been in an accident. We are now being charged for it and it was reported to our insurance. We now have to wait three hours for an available car. My mother is 77 years old and they are trying to take advantage of her.
Had a rental reservation at the ****************, *******, ** location, which was confirmed 3 times today to ensure pickup time of 4pm at the body shop. Not only did they not pick me up but they did not even bother answering the phone. The body shop manager and I called received the everyone is busy message until it disconnected us.So much for putting the customer 1st. Most definitely reporting this to my insurance company
Per Rental Agreement RA# 1RV25D, I rented was to rent a compact car. Upon learning that I elected to purchase the extra insurance your attendant brought out an KIA *** full of scratches 30K miles and 3/8th of a tank of gas. I originally requested a week rental however the attendant elected to write up the contract for six (6) days , favoring you. Many of us only leave reviews when we are angry about a problem but I recently had an excellent experience with Enterprise in *****, **. I also had a positive experience at ************, **.We arrived at the *********** with a reservation for a car from NU. You can read their reviews yourself but they left us stranded by doubling our price with a "mandatory" insurance charge which is not mandatory (by the state, as they claimed).
