I came to this place to pick up a rental since I was under the impression I can pick up one here.. the other lady with glasses was cool she greeted us and told us she will get with us.The girl sitting next to her with braids was giving an attitude as if we are bothering her!! They were wonderful car was ready beautifully clean Great car it was a ****** Corolla 2021 we loved it we had to drive at 330 mi away and then back 330 mi all within a 24-hour period it drove fantastic no problem didn't even have to put much gas in it but people at Enterprise imagine was wonderful they were sweet and nice and patient I had a great experience I recommend them and I will be back!

I had a dumpster come through my passenger window while parked in my personal vehicle. I was standing at Enterprise in *********, ****, ******, full of glass and crying, when the manager *** refused to rent me a car because the credit card expiration being used to rent it was entered wrong in the system by the owner of the dumpster company. Even with Enterprise home office trying to help I was denied a car that day due to no fault of my own. The next day I rented a car for month with no problems from Enterprise. The situation happened in February. Rented an suv, drove home, realized that it was very uncomfortable and didnt meet my expectations. Called an office, got an answer Yes, maam, we can change it for minivan FOR THE SAME PRICE. They did. Waited and fighter for my $300 deposit A MONTH! Finally got it. Today, October, 30 received a bill for $36.50. What it is?! Hate it! Also, theres no manager to talk to.

I think they are running a scam. Repair shop that we were using provided a rental car through this Enterprise location. I returned the rental car to the repair shop for pick-up by Enterprise. It was left in perfect condition. That evening we received notification that the car's front passenger bumper was damaged, hanging off the car. Enterprise filed a loss damage report with a claim against me/my insurance. Charged me $350 without notice for a "lost key." I have the freaking key. In fact they probably wouldn't even have known I had the key if I hadn't tried reaching out to them to see what I could do to get the key back to them. Trying to get on the phone with one of these people is like pulling teeth. Please avoid the *** Enterprise at ALL COST. It's a money drain. THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE. I reserved a rental, gave them all my information including address. I then called 6 times prior to going to the store to confirm everything that I would need and that I could pay using my debit card. I was told I could pay with my debit as long as I brought a credit card to have on file. I recently had surgery so am on crutches and had my daughter with me.
