This place doesn't even deserve a single star, what an awful place with terrible customer service. First of all they are extremely rude and don't listen or care about a single word you say and in top of that they lie through their teeth at an opportunity. I asked them for a sedan, they gave me an ***, the *** had issues day 1 of them giving it to me so I returned it for a new vehicle and once again I asked them for a sedan, *** told me confidently yes of course I can do that for you, I get there and they give me another suv ... read more

I went to enterprise for a rental the first rental tires air kept coming out the second rental had a smell and was to small for my family size why I took the second rental is because I had to get to work I went to the one on ********** I guess it was the manager told me he would call and give me a time this is some ******** I will never deal with enterprise again after this terrible experience

Im not sure if the management know how their sales or employees assist the customer? I was there last October cause I got into an accident and I need car while my car is in the shop to get fixed. I went there just to be treated poorly, they are trying to rub you buy giving you expensive car to used. I was begging please just give car for transportation while i dont have *** car. Enterprise Rent-A-Car lists pick-up service for customers at its ******************** location at *****************************************************************************. Desiring to rent a vehicle at that location, I called with some questions about ********** I called the number provided on the Enterprise website for that location. On 11/10/2023, I encountered probably the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. On 11/09/2023 an Enterprise employee contacted me stating that my reservation couldnt be honored at the Selma ******** due to my residence being over 50 miles away from the branch ******** and informed me that I would have to rent from the ********* ********. Had confirmation from Enterprise for rental car while primary vehicle being repaired from ******** with deer. ***************** had made arrangements, had claim number and verfied reservation from Enterprise on *******************., **********, **. Received Enterprise reservation five days in advance of scheduled pick-up date @ 8:15am. Upon arriving on pick-up date, advised no vehicle available but could upgrade us at our cost of $17+ per day. Enterprise (**********, **) was the absolute worst rental car experience ive ever had! I provided a certified confirmation number and was told basically to kick rocks by **************** and by **********************, **************. Almost ruined a trip to ************ for my grandkids! NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!However i can say that Enterprise, ****** ** went above and beyond to assist me.

Terrible service. No one knows what they're doing. Totally disorganized. I'm not sure how they drove themselves to work.

I've used Enterprise, at least every couple months for four years with no problem. Moved to new location within the same state 1 week ago. Reserved car online and when I went to get the car was told they wanted me to show a paid utility bill and a 2nd proof of residency. The closing statement for the purchase of my house was insufficient. What a s***** way to treat a customer. Total cost for wasted time $30 Uber to get to Enterprise and back home.
