A big thank you to all at the ENT clinic especially Dr Savage and the nurses on the ward during my daughter’s ENT procedure operation. The whole staff did amazing job to ensure my daughter was comfortable during all appointments and the operation, the ladies on the ward are so kind and a joy to be around in times of being a nervous parent dying the operation. There are some amazing consultants at the ENT. They are brilliant at what they do and so competent. I have visited this place so many times over the years. The only thing I could complain about is the NHS waiting times but that's not down to the Doctors. They are doing there job thoroughly and efficiently, they can't be rushed when they are operating on patients or assessing their ears via a microscope. Just be patient and thank the doctors for their time.
