I’m so thrilled with my hair. Ross spent an hour cutting with such care and precision. He listened to my ‘brief’. Looked at my pictures I had of how I wanted my hair cut …. And did exactly what I asked for! He is a magician with those scissors. Thank you Ross. I’m truly delighted.
