I have long hair and wanted layers and face framing - I was told that none of the stylists there do layers, which is bizarre. The stylist didn’t talk to me the entire time, it was like she was being forced to do my hair. I ended up paying £40 for what was just a trim. Needless to say I never went back.
Took our little boy here for his first haircut. Lauren and Erin made us all feel completely at ease, the process was super quick and he came out with a lovely haircut, a certificate and some locks of hair for us to keep. Price was also very fair. Couldn’t recommend for your little one’s first hair cut and we will definitely be back for his future ones too. Thank you❤️

I just had a haircut in this salon and had a very unpleasant experience. Originally my appointment was yesterday, however the stylist called me 30 minutes before the appointment to tell me that she cannot take it, which I said was fine. They scheduled me today with a different stylist. I come in and I am told that a blowdry is not part of my booking, just a wash and cut. I asked the stylist if she will still dry my hair at the end (just dry it, not blowdry or style it). She said that she doesn't have any time to do it. I hav... read more
