Bad place to work strongly recommend not to work here
The place has a foreman who thinks he’s a drill sergeant who thinks he can talk to people as he likes ! It could be a great workshop,but too much is expected from each tradesman to carry out other trades which we have no knowledge about,you are trained at apprenticeship age to be a welder or a fitter/plater,in here you are expected to do both ?
