Do not trust them! They’ve ignored my emails and enquiries through the contact form since October. They’ve taken my money despite lockdown. The gym itself is not great either, would not recommend. I’ve tried every gym in Leeds and this is by far the worst.

Horrendous management. Trading standards wanna investigate this establishment. My partner was charged twice after cancellation of her membership & since sending multiple communications to the manager asking for the refund she is absolutely entitled to, she has received ZERO responses. My partner isn't the only victim of this fraudulent gym as we found numerous people reporting the same issue on Facebook! Sam (manager) does not pay staff! I worked at Energie Fitness for nearly a year, never took a day’s holiday and got paid 80% furlough for working in Lockdown! I was treated horribly for the entirety of working there and was paid late nearly every payday. Tedros (owner) and Sam (manager) fired me illegally after Lockdown and have still not paid me my last owed pay n 27/11/2020. I have communicated with them, only to be ignored. Do NOT work at this gym!
