I have known of Endurance Carpets existence for a number of years. I needed a carpet for lounge, dining room, stairs and landing and had looked around all the usual local chains both cheap and expensive but didn't find anything suitable. As a result, we visited Endurance Carpets where we found exactly what we wanted. No pushy salesman experience, just helpful advice followed by a very prompt home visit to accurately measure up. Not impressed. They charged a lot to fit some vinyl floor and the agreement was any deviations and gaps would be sealed prior to floor being fitted. I even supplied some self levelling compound. When I got back the packet was still there. Apparently they had used their own. About a year later the ridge has worn through the vinyl and the gap has left a stain from moisture coming from the ground.
