Sunday night support was timely and accurate
I really appreciate Tom going out of his way to contact a vendor that I thought was a spammer and helping me clear up the confusion. Not really a tech question at all, as it turned out.

Tom has already solved my email crashing problem. I am pleased with the quick response regarding the computer problem. I like the quick thinking and troubleshooting to find the problem with the monitors going black. I am confident that there will be a solution found for the problem.
