Aaron was very helpful. He quickly figured out what the problem was, explained it, and got it resolved without taking up very much time.
Unfortunately, last week, this situation ocurred twice. The solution the first time was to restart the Server. A day later when the same situation took place, the customer server provider ran tests, considered sending out a tech, prior to restarting the server. Were notes available to the tech from the prior day demonstrating the problem and the solution?
Thanks Ray for coordinating this effort with Shamrock to install our new copier/printer....it took a bit of time (as these things do) but end result is perfect! I can always can rely on Endsight to get it done!
