I had been dealing w/this problem since Monday to no avail and/or response. e-mailed you this morning and by mid-morning EVERYTHING was DONE and I was able to do my transactions!!!! thank you ENDSIGHT!!!!
We were unable to install a Kaysera agent on the new iMac. Do you have an agent that will install on OS X? We have installed them on Macs in the past.
I ran into a problem trying to update my password, both here and at home on my lap-top, over the weekend, and left a message with George requesting that 7 AM Monday (the 29th) he call me at work and help me get into both computer's with a reset password. He did! He also handled it very quickly and I was fully operational in a very short period of time. He did it with a great attitude and great communication with myself, a pretty illiterate computer person. Thank You George!
Josh was wonderful as 'Always'!!! He actually performed due diligence and called me this morning to resolve this previously open ticket, unfortunately I was not available and asked Josh if I could phone him back at a given time. He was of course quickly to accommodate me. Although I phoned back 10 minutes past the original time that I communicated that I would call, Josh still took my call and resolved the ticket quickly where I am o longer receiving notifications every time I open a word file.
