Alexi Robbins. Wow. Where do I start? We started with what seemed to be a basic issue. It soon grew to quite the mystery. Alexi was industrious, patient, funny and optimistic...especially as we started into the 4th hour of this mystery. His perseverance was refreshing, and very much appreciated. I had been without Starbuilder access for two days. I worked with the Starbulder support person for both days without success. Called Ryan for rescue and within 30 minutes he had me up and running !!! He's easy to deal with and doesn't intimidate me with technical jargon. Great job, R2-D2 !!!!
I had a meeting when Tom had called me to get the issue worked on, I asked him if he could call me back later. he called me right when he said he would. Outstanding, with the busy schedule we have here, and he was able to work with me very quickly and get my computer set up. That and he was extremely polite to work with.
