Requested two (2) tasks be performed but only one (1) was so I had to re-open the ticket and request the other one be done.

Extremely good work, solved the issue quickly and efficiently.
I am not good with computer problems and prefer not to deal with them. I was unable to get the only station up and running that we run our nightly audit on. After checking all connections and changing monitors I was unable to correct the problem. While Aaron was helping me on the phone, I found a loose connection that solved the problem. Aaron was very calming and encouraging which was a huge help!
Initial call answered quickly. The tech who helped me was professional and very helpful with my issue. Great experience.
