Good service, great guys.
The problem ended up being mechanical so there was nothing that could be done over the phone, but Josh helped me set up a plan to test where the failure was occurring to help me resolve my issue. He explained all the parts that could be malfunctioning. I felt confident getting off the phone that I would find out what was wrong and 30 minutes later I discovered one of the cables was faulty!
Jason was extremely helpful and he is the only one that suggested a work-around for something that had been an ongoing issue!
my issue turned out to be internal. Carlos did everything he could to help. Thanks for the effort! :)
