The engineer, Carlos, was extremely helpful and clear and resolved the problem quickly and completely.
Aaron is a pleasure to work with and is surprisingly chipper for 6:10am his time in the morning. I look forward to working with him again.
I have only positive comments re Ray's assistance. He was diligent, efficient and conscientious in dealing with my problems. He fixed most of them quickly and went the extra mile to make sure I had JAVA installed properly after hours. His follow up with me in making sure all was well is most appreciated. I really enjoyed working with Anthony. He was able to understand the problem I was having with my Outlook and very efficiently set to remedying the situation. He went above and beyond in that he did those little 'extra' things that don't need to be done but make it easier to use.
He was able to fix my problem right away. Very please with service.
Aaron is always helpful and is always willing to help and make sure all issues are resolved. We love Aaron!
