My computer knowledge is very limited, but the engineers answered my questions thoroughly and in a non-condescending way. I just called in to get my new computer set up not realizing I should have made an appointment. You were still able to accommodate me on a Monday morning. Thank You. I will feel very comfortable calling in next time I have any issue.
