The folks in the Response Center are always calm, patient and knowledgeable---with a sense of humor. It's really helpful that when we call the RC we get to work with the same group of engineers who know our system. If something comes up that is more complicated, the RC engineers know there are other resources in their shop that can help. We've grown to rely on them tremendously.
Very good service and very useful. The Endsight team is not only effective but calm and clear while finding solutions.
I'm quite happy with the help I receive from Endsight's help desk. They are easy to talk to and don' make you feel like a total idiot when you are asking questions.
I appreciate Aaron's tenacity in following up with me. This took a while to get me to dedicate the time to it. But we got to a solution! Go Seahawks!!
