Friendly and fast to fix the issue
The tech was trying to correct an error to the E-mail server that was created by another tech. Although the effort failed the tech on this ticket did a good job
Aaron was very professional & helpful by giving me a better solution than I had to work with for the last 3yrs. His new method is so good that I have contacted all the other MAC users in the NC office to get their units upgraded because it will make all of us more proficient interacting with our Corp Microsoft software! Aaron has also been a very good person to have answer on ANY of my previous calls in the past !
