To be perfectly honest, you wouldn't have time for all of the detail that I would provide regarding Oliver!!! He was absolutely WONDERFUL:!!!!! One more time with a crazy issue calling Endsight. Oliver resolved my ongoing issue with not being able to print a pdf which is accessed through IE and the print job eventually freezes up my ability to do anything. The work around has been so annoying. Oliver took care of my problem and now I'm free to print pdfs through IE!!!!! Thanks Oliver! Best, Lynn
