Michael Verdun did a superb job directing me to the items I needed to order and did an even better (PERFECT) job getting me up and running. Michael was also very courteous and professional. He deserves a couple gold stars or at least to be named employee of the month! ;-)

I can't give 5 stars since it did take a month to fix, but Michael was very helpful, calling me directly on my cell whenever something arose. He even sent step by step instructions to our mail exchange server tech support! Michael did everything within his power to complete this ticket!
