George set this up within 5 minutes. Best fix yet!
Josh fixed my Outlook earlier in the week and was working hard to fix ACT. Josh would start in on my system early in the morning but I could not let him work on it during the busiest work hours so at the end of my work day I was able to get George to jump in and pick up where Josh left off and he was able to solve the add-in problem. Let's hope this is it for a while with problems, but if not, I know Josh and/or George will be able to fix any issues that I have.
So happy that this problem was finally resolved. Excellent job.
