Aaron did quick and great job getting me back online.
Adam did a wonderful job assisting me in getting my virtual machine back to working order. I had to travel most of the week and my connection worked fine until Thursday evening. The only time I had to work on fixing this was while on a plane and he was very patient in fixing what was wrong. What a nice feeling it was to get off the plane knowing I had not wasted that time and that my VPN connection was back to normal. Thank you!
