Cyruz was able to solve the problem in a very quick amount of time; it is greatly appreciated.
Tom did an excellent job correcting my printer problem. Within 5 minutes my problem was fixed. I am so thankful Merrimak decided to use Endsight for our IT needs.
Once I was all set but before Tom signed off, he made sure to add a post it note onto my screen so if this should happen again, and he was not yet in the office, Aaron or whoever is in the office first at 5am would be able to help me.
Josh was wonderful and patient as always and of course I was having another challenging brain moment :)
