Justin responded very quickly and resolved the issue. No complaints at all.
Jason was very helpful two endsight issues: my phone number was not recognized? why not? the voice mail makes it sound like you can reach someone on their phone extension, but there is know way of knowing until you can contact the support and ask. maybe it could follow their name or something? I'm not but I bet its last name and we don't know them to get them from a directory.
Tom was very nice and accommodating when it came to my schedule and when my PC would be available for him to sign on to. Thanks!

Very satisfied with the effort Ray put into trying to solve my problem...However, Adobe Acrobat wasn't very responsive. Thanks for the time you spent with me Ray. I was able to get our Accountants to provide the report split up for my purposes...so it all worked out.
