Great support from a very nice guy - who was amazingly diplomatic when we discovered that the problem was caused by an error on my part......
This has been an issue for my computer for a little while now, always stopping when I get on the phone with an Endsight tech. However, each time I send out a ticket, I get a prompt response and a helpful and patient voice on the other end, which helps stop my own frustration. Thanks for being awesome! And, hopefully my problem is officially solved!

Tom reached out to me today, which I totally did not expect, and very calmly walked me thru what I thought had to be a virus or worse. I was astounded at how comfortable and knowledgable he was with diagosing my problems and clearing them up for me.I had visions of having lost all on this lap top and then having to go out and buy a new lap top and get it set up prior to early this coming Thursday AM, not necessary it fortunately turned out to be the case! Alexi did a great job, working smartly and quickly to troubleshoot the problem and clearly had a strong working knowledge of what he was doing. I also appreciated the fact that he kept me informed as he worked with what steps he was taking. Again, an excellent first experience with Endsight technical support.

I appreciate that both engineers communicated what they were doing, potential problems, and the next steps should they not be able to resolve the issue.
