Rudy was extremely sensitive to my situation (late on the east coast on a Friday before a holiday weekend, no less) and was able to solve my problem within minutes. His can do attitude was wonderful!
Rudy did a fine job assessing and addressing my problems, and did so without making me wait on the phone throughout. The only reason I did not rate this 5/5 is that a couple of times he got pulled away with competing demands, and that added some time pressures for me.
Alexi has helped me out with VPN connection issues on two occasions and been very responsive and helpful. After working for a large corporation in my previous job with internal IT support I am finding endsight's high level of customer service and knowledgeable technical support to a refreshing change.
Very helpful and I appreciate that the engineer called me. I had to return the call which was a bit frustrating since at first I did not write down the ticket number or his extension. Since my computer wasn't working I used my cell phone for looking at Outlook. I will know what info is needed should there be another time when I need assistance. Thanks so much! Melinda
I was off sight in New York on business and was having a problem connecting to my WiFi which was causing major problems for me. Tom fixed the problem quickly and now I am up and running. Tom is so courteous and I am thankful for his excellent skills in fixing my issue. Thanks Tom!
Rudy has been working very hard in assisting me remove a virus from my computer. He has worked very diligently and has been very responsive, accommodating, kind, and attentive. I am very satisfied with Rudy and the Endsight Team. If i ever have a problem in the future, i sure hope Rudy will be there to help.
