Alexi was very helpful, but did not quite solve the problem. That said, he told me he would continue to work to find a solution, and I appreciated that (and all his help!).
Ray did a great job of resolving why my remote connection s was not working. Did seem thought that the problem was not disclosed to all in your firm in writing after you worked with Jason the day before to resolve it for all of us on our office computers, think it should have been then it would have been quicker for Ray to find the fact that the system was not pointing to my IP after the work done earlier that day or the day before here.
Michael Verdun assisted me with a webpage issue that he patiently helped me to resolve over the phone. Very professional and polite manners. I also learned something about webpage surfing that I had no clue about before.
