Alexi is a super star!!! He took the time to understand the problem and didn't go into the same ole same ole, about network connectivity... There was another problem at hand he was able to listen and discover the real problem. While he wasn't able to complete fix the issue he created a wonderful patch that has me and my machine back to running at a comfortable pace. Thank you! Thank you Alexi!!!!
I was having printer connection problems and Aaron solved them right away. I did need to call back with another printer problem in another application and Aaron solved that too very quickly. Great job!

Very responsive with communication on updates.
I really appreciated Michael's diligence in foreseeing my impending hard drive crash and taking proactive measures to transfer all of my data to the spare computer so I would be able to work during the time my computer was being fixed. That process took about 2 hours. I feel that part went very smoothly and was very happy with the way that all went.
