It didn't appear that the problem could be identified, but it was kind of working and Carlos gave me the DDMS support number. After we hung up it booted me out again and I called the number he gave me- they were able to confirm that the problem was someone working on the server unbekmownst to me and to Carlos. I think your support is on average excellent!

My satisfaction with Michael is very high. My satisfaction with Dell is not. Michael was very thorough and professional in working with me to determine what the problem was. His follow up with Dell helped drive this issue to resolution. A conference call with Michael and Dell helped me understand that Dell can be very frustrating to work with.

Oliver got the job done, was nice throughout. But it took 20+ minutes - that is a killer to loose the time and pushes the stress meter to high. Anyway to shorter fix time is great, i know sometimes that is just what it takes, but push organization to get better and better. Thanks much!

George Marquardt is such a key contact at your company! He ALWAYS knows how to fix an issue immediately and does not get defensive when I am stressed and need help ASAP. I am not an easy customer to deal with when I am in the middle of serving my customers. I was in the middle of responding to an important customer when I lost my internet link (again- I lose the link regularly) and usually within 5-10 minutes I can get myself back online but this time I was so panicked that I had made several mistakes retyping in my password... read more
