Carlos did an awesome job getting us back up. First call this morning to desk, not so much (wasn't Carlos). Had me shut down (disrupting all active windows and work), waited 20+ minutes for it to startup, but the problem was not resolved with restart due to DNS Server Services which Carlos identified in short order.
