Arrived at the park early after driving hours to learn that reservations are now required. The parking lot was mostly empty and the only reservations still available were for the next day. It would seem that people should be allowed to enter if the park is not near capacity. It was windy, so I guess people are making reservations and not showing up.
love the climb and beauty
I drove 5 hrs to propose to my girlfriend and as Im arriving the security tell me that i had to make a reservation. I was reading the Web page and no where did it say that reservation was needed! Very disapointed. It ruined my day! It think they are very inconciderate with the long weekends. I mean the rock is not going to fall apart for having more than 200 people! 😡🤬
we loved our time at the park today. i took my whole family, it was perfect weather, beautiful scenery, and great exercise. i definitely recommend coming here, but make sure to reserve your spot online first.
taking a long drive for absolutely nothing.... online reservations to go hiking are you serious....
