Thank you very much to everyone who created this beautiful place for health lovers. Thank you very much for the fact that there is space for everyone to train, and for those who cannot go to the gym for some reason to train for an hour or more, and for those who just want to recover from injuries, and for the elderly, and for the young. Amazing trainers, very efficient system to book sessions and effective results. Owner is very flexible and always trying to make sure you get the best services. Highly recommended especially if you would like to train the muscles that you don’t normally use / train by cardio (I’m a long distance runner and it’s been very helpful with this training).
