Emma is great. Ive had personal training with her in the past and now started pilates. Highly recommend!
Emma’s class’s cater for all abilities. I’m hopeless when trying some of the exercises but that’s why I need to do them and I think I’m becoming less hopeless as a result while having fun in the process - Emma is very knowledgeable about what your body can and can’t do and a great model to aspire to when it comes to flexibility and control

We have been attending a weekly Pilates class for a number of years and we are sure it keeps us fit and mobile.
Really enjoying the classes at Wythall Village Hall. Emma is a great teacher and makes things fun. Explains everything really well and adapts her teaching to meet people's needs.
