Really friendly Gym with excellent trainers who are very knowledgeable and supportive
I basing this review on what ive seen on the number of times ive been on site to sort out their water dispenser. The staff have always been friendly, polite and always offer a coffee which always gets added stars. Each time I have been there, the room has been full and the trai in classes are in full swings, I see, sweat, determination and happy faces. Having never been to a gym before. I can honestly say this place and the coaches are amazing. I’m in my 60’s and getting very creaky . Stacey was very understanding of my ailments and adapted the PT sessions accordingly to help me strengthen and fitten. Top girl. Knows her stuff.
