I cannot recommend Tasha, Cloud and Geri enough. The support they provide in and out of the gym is unmatched. I have learnt so much from each of them. Each class is so fun, energetic and burning! Highly recommend, especially if you are just starting out in the gym and want to learn more to ensure a lifestyle change instead of a one- off fad diet! Thank you girls!
I started with the Pilates class and loved it. I then moved on to try another class & now have a membership! The instructors have really made me feel welcome & all the GNC ladies are so fit it provides motivation and inspiration in equal measure!
