Empowered is more than just a female only gym, it’s a first class coaching facility, a fantastic member community and a safe haven. I joined over 18 months ago, and now honestly cannot imagine my week without empowered sessions! My mindset shift to training and building strength has been incredible, thanks to the supportive coaches and members. It’s a pleasure to show up to classes - all fitness levels, ages, backgrounds and abilities are made to feel welcome, and the craic in the sessions is always 90! Just the best team!
Empowered is an amazing female led, female only Small Group PT gym. I've been a client here for 2 years and I've loved every bit of it, the coaches provide great support both in the gym and via group and private messages outside of the gym. They've looked after me in general day to day training as well as throughout my pregnancy and post natal journey. It's a great investment to make in yourself.
Literally can’t recommend this gym enough! Christina and the rest of the PTs work so hard to give everyone the best, most personalised experience. They give up so much of their time to make sure everyone’s individual needs are being met. They really care and are so knowledgable. Such a lovely community to be part of.
An amazing gym just for women. So much support from the coaches to help you build strength and fitness. A great community feel with lots of women encouraging and supporting each other. Lots of fun too!
Couldn’t recommend enough! I started empowered over a year and a half ago now, and it really has changed my outlook on training as whole. I started training with them at a time where I felt lost with training and just didn’t enjoy going to the gym anymore, to enjoying every session and actually looking forward to going to the gym. With the environment and community in and outside the gym you couldn’t be more supported! Only regret I have is not starting sooner!
