Good for the price and the fact you don’t need to book. However, the nails are not measured to each other so you do end up with inconsistent lengths (only noticeable if you look closely). £38 for a set of acrylics and waxing. The waxing was very good and quick. Can’t complain at the nails I have for the price, definitely worth it. Had no issues customer service wise, was nervous about this because of the reviews, and to be honest all I saw were rude customer who have never heard of manners. Thank you. ☺️

Awful do not come here. I just had my nails done and the way they treat their customers is appalling. I would also be surprised if the photos on here are even theirs due to their seemingly lack of basic nail ability. I got my nails done here today for leeds festival. I went in and asked for a Pinterest design with gems on. They said they could do it. They put all the base on and when they swapped over and the lady took over my nails she said they would be £60. I have been going to this salon every month or so for the past three years, never had too big of a problem other than a poor standard of customer service, but i have been in recently and asked for french tips on my nails and toes. I can understand there is some sort of language barrier as not all the employees speak fluent english but when my toes were being painted one member of staff got white nail polish out, i politely corrected him telling him i wanted black french tips, no worries. need to improve on customer care, came in today for my nails which turned out lovely but the nail tech was so rough with my hands, my nail beds are so sore after leaving, really not impressed with how rude he was and rough he was handling my nails, please do better, won’t be giving my money to you now and will be going elsewhere
